To adequately prepare students for the dynamic labour market, Konoin TTI has established meaningful links with leading organizations and industrial partners, who provide relevant input in regard to the market/industry needs.
Level 6 programmes provide advanced knowledge in ICT and information science. They prepare graduates to handle system development, data management, and IT support services, enabling them to pursue careers in both technical and administrative ICT roles.
Level 5 programmes equip trainees with strong foundational skills in computing, networking, and application packages. These skills prepare graduates for entry-level IT jobs or serve as a gateway to higher-level training in ICT.
The department delivers its Level 6 and Craft Level 5 programmes through structured coursework, computer laboratory sessions, educational trips, and industrial attachments. The goal is to produce graduates who meet market demand while equipping them with the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values required to serve as professional ICT practitioners.

Beyond its core programmes, the department provides basic ICT training to all students across the institute, regardless of specialization. It also supports the college community by managing internet connectivity, ICT support services, and maintenance of computers and related accessories.
